The meeting schedule is planned in advance for the civic year ahead, but meeting dates may occasionally have to be changed to account for e.g. clashes or absences. Planning meetings will only be held if there are sufficient items to include on an agenda.  Staffing meetings are held as required and are not scheduled ahead.
