Affiliated groups (also known as Outside Bodies) are organisations that work with the Council on local projects and have representatives from the Council attending their meetings and events. The Almhouse Trust
Tewkesbury Almshouse Trust is a small charity with a historic base, providing accomodation for older people with limited means who have lived within the borough of Tewkesbury for at least two years.

The Friends of Tewkesbury Hospital support the charitable work of the hospital through fundraising activities.
Tewkesbury & District Wheelchair Bus Association
Tewkesbury & District Wheelchair Bus Association is a volunteer organisation who transport elderly and disabled people in the Tewkesbury area to clubs, shopping and on short trips out. Bookings can be made via the Chairman.

Tewkesbury in Bloom is a voluntary organisation run entirely by volunteers. It aims is to enhance the local environment, and foster community spirit in Tewkesbury with its projects as well raising the profile of the town by entering the RHS Britain in Bloom competition on an annual basis.
